1. It is smaller than I think, same size as 70-300VR, they can share lens
bag.
2. It is quite heavy, you see metal all over the place. Solid like a rock.
3. AFS, Fast, Accurate focus as expected.
4. Zoom ring is heavier than focus ring both are very smooth. I don't like
the balance on a D200 body, head heavy I should say.
5. So far I find the center is superb, matchs tamron 90/2.8 and beats 50/1.8
