oxycodone, percocet 几乎每人都有, 还有Xanax, Adderall 。天天和瘾君子打交道,
自己都快depresssed。想想在医院的日子, 非常怀念。 |

富人用pain pills. 穷人用heroin. College kids take adderall. I try to fill
less than 5% Narcotics. We fill 200-300 scripts daily. hard to do. |

questions is how many CII scripts you can fill per day. DEA can charge you
felony even for one bad CII script. DEA will enforce the law to fill legit
medical use. how do we pharmacists know which is legit? the verification is
not enough for legit. The seniors have a lot of pain killers. You fill all
of them, the patient died. pharmacists is co-reponsible for it. there are a
lot of pressure on pharmacists now. |

diligence和记录，不管是fill还是不fill，要能做到问心无愧，以后面对别人的调查
和质疑，能为自己的决定辩解就可以。如果决定不fill，和病人好好说，别让对方觉得
被打发了。药剂师执照来之不易，得合法、合理、合情，沟通是关键 |

旅游的，要拿机票来证明，说掉了的，偷了的，要拿police report,一年只准被偷一次
，工作了1年多，只遇到过一个顾客药被偷了。说什么今天norco 5， 过两天拿个norco
10单子来的，这种类似的药的，要return Norco 5 to pharmacy, then we can
dispense Norco 10 to you. |

doctors rx c2. but still too many rx2s.
