For CAP patients having high risk of QT prolongation or currently on QT
prolongation medications like amiodarone and dofetilide, azithromycin and
levofloxacin should be used with caution or avoided. The combination of
Doxycycline and ceftriaxone is the appropriate alternative per IDSA
guideline....
