标 题: 脖子上起红斑，请问用什么药好？

上个月去了一趟加州，回来后脖子上起了一些红斑（附照片），主要在腹侧，淡红色，
有点痒，有时会起皮，不规则形。已经一个月了，没有好转。两周前吃过6粒Benadryl
，好像没有作用就停掉了。现在发现眼皮上也有类似情况，但面积比较小，只有黄豆那
么大。请问这是过敏还是感染呢？可以用Cortizone吗？这个会是和身体的某个器官有

see how you respond the treatment. But Do Not apply cortizone around the
area around the eye. Around the eye area, maybe you can try the Aveeno cream
, sometimes it helps for the dry, itching skin. If your condition getting
worse or do not respond the treatment in 1 week, you'd better to contact
your doctor for assistant.
Regarding Benadryl, if you are truly have allergic reaction, it should work
