and there's no reply. I think I have little chance of getting on-sites... I
checked with them but there's no reply either.
It's like the dream company and the dream job and I just could not get there
...
Any tips on phone interviews?
Here's my experiences:
40 mins talk, the first 20 mins were on phd project, and then the next 20
mins were on basic knowledge of PK/PD. HM said he's more concerned regarding
to the PK knowledge instead of software skills. He let me talk about my
research and courseworks, then stopped at certain point and questioned
regarding to some typical technique problems such as nonlinear PK etc. I
think I might be talking too much and get very excited at the end of the
talk...I can even feel myself shaking.
Hopefully something else can come to me or I will go for a post-doc
somewhere... | b*******e

It's quite streeful when looking for a job. I feel much better today and
already move on...
