Position: Bioanalytical Scientist
Requirement:
• Strong skills in method development, liquid chromatography and
mass spectrometry.
• At least two years hand-on experience on HPLC/MS/MS (ABsciex or
Micromass).
• Experience in bioanalytical samples (plasma, tissue, blood or
urine) extraction and analytical method development according to GLPs or
regulatory guidelines. Experience working in a CRO is a Plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal
communication skills; exemplary, strong report writing skills to meet
regulatory standards.
• Good computer skills and ability to apply Word, Excel, PowerPoint
to facilitate data analysis, data management and reporting.
Responsibility
• Development, qualification/validation of bioanalytical method in
support of AMDP studies in accordance with guidelines and industry standards.
• Operate and maintain HPLC/MS/MS and perform simple
troubleshooting if needed.
• Perform data handling, recording, report writing and project
organization.
• Prepare and review technical & regulatory documents to support
drug development. Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to support
projects ranging from early to late stage development. Present his/her
expertise and insights to weigh in on strategic decision-making.
• Responsible for incorporating the latest assay and automation
technologies to optimize the bio-therapeutics development process.
• Ability to multi-task and focus on priorities. This position
involves multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
