其实纵观small molecular 可以挖出金子来的target已经很少了，即使搞出点什么，
FDA批不批还两说阿。现在FDA聪明啊，打着为公众健康的旗号，对于任何potential的
blockbuster都是4个字“数据不足”，从新补临床数据。这可苦了big pharma，FDA一
句话，你就得继续往里面加billion.
为什么大家一窝蜂搞oncology,还不是门槛低， FDA也不愿得罪癌症病人团体，反正也
治不好，就是延长2月提高生活质量，批。 |

此行业是彻底没希望了。
