I got this on-site interview next week but still don't have a detailed
picture about the responsibility of this position.
Job description:
The main focus of this role will be to provide full development expertise
and to input into pre Proof of Concept (PoC) compounds. This will involve
developing close working relationships with colleagues in drug development
matrix (particularly discovery medicine), Global Product Strategy (GPS),
project management and clinical operations.

development.
The description of the function is quite general and can fit clinical
development director, or medical director. It seems to involve mostly early
development, as the focus is mainly PoC. It requires the capability to
connect discovery (pre-clinical research) and clinical, set strategies for
clinical development, design clinical study protocols, etc. Early

university.
Do you have any suggestion about how to prepare the interview?

发帖数: 54 | 4 Previous clinician + Faculty experience is weak at all.. Most of the
directors in the industry are not as strong as you are. You do not have
industry experience, but if they know your background and want to interview
you, they might be willing to let you come in relatively green and let you
grow. I know many large pharmas like to do so. That is how they recruite new
clinicians in the industry. That said, I don't think you need to pretend
you have a lot of experience, but it will be helpful to kn | t********o
