现在的工作真难找， 发三个多月的信了， 只有两个电面的机会， 但都没有了下文。
看到ABBOTT上的职位和自己的北京蛮合适的， 网投后没有消息， 有没有在ABBOTT
GLOBAL PHARMACY 工作的兄弟姐妹帮忙递一下简历， 不胜感激！！！

CV matches a position, they will call you and let you know this opportunity
no matter you apply for the position or not. |

发帖数: 330 | 5 What's funny? That's how I landed my first job interview in my life. The HR woman
left a message in my answer machine since she saw my CV in their database.
By then I was a 4th year student. At least I feel they are more efficient than the HR in my company.

符的职位太难了。 一般具有多少符合要求的经验才能申请 啊？谢谢！

job is so not all about acquaintances and friends. Last spring my
department had 7 new hires, 6 out of 7 their CVs were forwarded to us from
HR and they were screened with around 300-400 applications. The only person
had some connections because he did an internship last summer with our
group and three months of work produced two publications. He knows the lab
and the work flow very well. I had resumes referred by coll

说到ABBOTT，我听一个猎头和一个工作10+年的朋友都说过，没有内部人或猎头推荐，
一般是不会有电面的 |

发帖数: 4 | 14 大牛人一般不用推荐或者猎头也能得到面试和工作的机会， 但对于大多数普通的小蝼
箩， 就要靠熟人了， 本身水平也一班 班 嘛！

It is a matter of time Abbott will sell ADD again.
