with a hiring manager of one Pharm company. After two weeks, I received a
refusal letter from HR. It said that after completing the interviews, we
have made the decision to move forward with another candidate for the role.
I thought they would give onsite interview to other candidates. However, I
found their ad on job boards several times in next two months. Why?
Today I received another refusal letter from one Pharm co | v*******y

When you ask people questions, use words such as "Thank you",
"Appeciate" etc.
Using above words might help you find a job. :-)

could be your interview performance or your technical skillset.
