一个费城附近的做clinical trial (CRO) 的公司，offer $81k + 5K sign on bonus.
和自己的expectation有一点差距，不知道有没有可能negotiate到$85k. 如果可能的话
可能就从了。还在等一个onsite的结果，一个比较想去的local公司。还望过来人指点
一下。多谢！
CRO以后的career发展有没有机会？累点倒无所谓了。 | P********d

Actually if your spouse has a stable job, CRO is a good start for exposure
in this industry area. Besides, it is easier to become a perm. employee when
you are contracted to a company. The interview procedure is very informal
and you can know the opening earlier than others.
