He is in drug delivery
Send out 50 total CV, about 5 phone interview, 4 onsite, ~3 offer
latest offer came 1.5 months later, maybe coz he is not the first choice
Out of those 5 phone interviews, 4 from contact, it means, he saw the
opening and then submit it via his contact. But he accepted the offer from a
big pharma which he has no contact.
