waiver,申请的是master.
因为我们认识药厂的人太少了，所以急需些相关信息。
1，她想读pharmacoeconomics方向，master找工作是否够了？前景如何？
2，这个方向是否主要做outcomes 分析的？主要在药厂和象walgreen这样的公司的
marketing部门吗？
她还有其他不错的选择，现在再考虑是否上这个，觉得有吸引力，可是怕以后工作前景
不好，主要是这个对美国这个专业还不是很了解，希望大家多多赐教！

techniques can be used to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis. For example,
quality of life study can be used to compare how a drug may influence
patients' quality of life. Markov chain model can be used to evaluate the
health outcomes associated with improved breast cancer screening. Regression
can be used to study whether decrease in drug copayment may influence drug
adherence etc.

So basically you need to publish papers to get a good position even in
industry.
My wife did a search on the web, it seems only in the chicago area
and Irvine (California) require people with pharm. economics background.

for your wife but you can have a good idea about the potential employers.
If you are searching on hotjobs or monster, you may want to search health
economics too.
Most important, talk with the school to find out job opportunities.
