现在生物相关的FUNDING不乐观，学术界也越来越不好待了，那
工业界又如何呢？
国外药厂以前的工资和福利很好，就是有专利。
现在很多重要的要的药专利失效，新的药没有开发出来。
这些药厂就受到GENERIC药的冲击。其价钱是几分之一甚至十几分之一。
所以很多大药厂很不好过，裁员，股价下迭。以前很多生物化学
的指望进大药厂，现在很很难很难的。有经验的人一堆一堆的。
而且基本都有身份。FRESH GRADUATS基本没有戏。除了少数和
要直接相关的组。不过，有机合成和药物化学可是毒性很大的。
是药三分毒，何况中间体都不知道是什么。
大药厂为了降低成本，一方面就是把一些DIRTY JOB，临床试验
转移到印度和中国。印度居多，因为中国的数据很多不被承认。一
方面，就是裁减自己的研发部门，通过 |

how to perform in a job interview and how to get an interview are two to
tally different cases.
I believe I am a very aggressive person but I've just got no way to get
an interview.

your altitude and determination.
sometimes i think that there is just nothing you can do about it since
companies always look for someone who has exactly what they are looking for.
for someone without industry experience, that is pretty hard.
