I meant
Choice A) drug or drug target discovery. You may find something which is
useful. However, all the rights will belong to companies.
Choice B) protein/drug modification. For example, PEGylation can extend the
high life of small peptide drugs. If i do some research about PEGylation, i
can't take the particular PEGlated drug with me. But I can find another drug
and do the similar thing after i leave the company.

I wish I have an offer but still looking for one. I just want to get an idea
