Purchased two $60 gift cards from local Rita Aid some times ago.
Today, I tried to use them on black Friday deals, and one gift card is empty.
I just scratched the pin, can't believe it.
What should I do? I am not sure if I still can find the store receipt.
Whom should I go after? Rita aid or Kohl's?
Thanks in advance?
Next time, I should check the balance after purchase the gift card,
