Replacement
I recently lost my CVS Extra Care card... and have long since lost track it'
s plastic siblings. Obviously
that meant I could not scan my card at the magic red box. If you call CVS (
800 shop cvs) they explain
the 2 options everyone knows: a) get a new card and have your account info/
history transferred to
your old card or b) wait 4-6 weeks for a replacement.

给小二扫就行了，大小差不多的情况下，小二根本不会在意，能扫过就行。
我当时临时应急，贴的是sports authrority的卡上，哈哈哈。
具体方法：
1) Call 800 Shop CVS and ask for a replacement card (when you are on the
phone ask them to look
up your full card number).
2) There are many websites that generate barcodes online as a freebie (I
used barcoding.com/upc/
[barcoding.com] for mine). You only need two things: your CVS card number &
the "Barcode
Symbology" or format. I used "EAN/JAN-13" because it sounded newer than the
other EAN choice.
Click the button "Generate Barcode". It will generate your replacement CVS
Extra Care Card
barcode.

3) From here things are straightforward: you just need to print your barcode
. I didn't print mine from
the website page because there was too much graphics/ink. I saved the image
(I chose ping image
format) to my hard drive (right click the mouse and select "save as") and
inserted it into a MS Word
document. I printed it at 100% of its size and it worked perfectly.
Honestly, it is that easy should you need your card temporarily. I cut my
barcode out and taped it to
the back of another card to use temporarily. I also printed out an extra
onto a sheet of paper and will
keep it in my coupon binder.
