points because I have some existing points. How do I know if the 5000 points
applied or not? On sears website, I can still see the reminder of the $5
surprising points. Does it mean the surprising points were not redeemed?

points 给了没有,redeem points 还了没有。自己算了一遍，好像少了好多。

而是已有的points呢？买的东西也不没说不符合条件呀？

，就是这样，我用了$13 points,然后shopyourway给我的答复是我几乎全用了points,
leave no room for surprising points. 事实是我都没看见surprising points在哪儿。

一般你输入pin以前会显示你可以用多少点，其中$5是suprise

的没出错过。
要不你把显示的截图，它让你用多少点你就用多少，这样你再打电话他们就不能赖账了
