What are price adjustments?
Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you
money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later.
If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a
price adjustment:
You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item
was further reduced from the final price you paid.
You have the original, dated sales receipt.
The item is not a Clearance markdown.
The item is not Kohl's Cares cause merchandise.
The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
The item is not a current Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
Any promo codes applied to your original purchase must still be valid in
order to apply them to the new sale price.
If you bought the item online at Kohls.com and you think you're eligible for
a price adjustment, call Customer Service toll-free at (855) 564-5705.
If you bought the item at a Kohl's Store near you, please visit the Customer
Service Desk at that location with your receipt.
*While in most cases, return credits appear on your account within 24-72
hours, if the return credit was applied to your Kohl's Charge, it may take
up to 14 business days for the credit to post on your account. If the return
credit was processed to your bank card it can take up to 30 business days
for the credit to appear from your bank. Credit time frames can vary based
on bank processing times. For additional information, please contact your
bank.

electronics are excluded.

Do you match/beat competitor's prices?
Yes! We do match our competitors' prices. Just bring a copy of the
competitor's ad with the current date on it to your nearest Kohl's
Department Store. (Make sure the ad includes a description of the item.)
This applies to in-store prices and products only, not to Kohls.com pricing
or products.
