all. There is no way to get any response from them.
However, the call quality is very good, much better than Google Voice,
Callwithus, Onesuite, and other calling cards, in our hands.
It has 120 free call minutes within any CONSECUTIVE 7 days to China landline
or mobile phone numbers, from ONE IP address.
A nasty situation (out of your control) is that your ISP may change your IP
address frequently, which will throw off the "ONE" IP address policy and you
get FUP (Fair User Policy) exceeded, even if your calling time is within
120 minutes in 7 days.
Only thing you can do is not shutting off your modem. A modem rebooting may
change your IP address. Getting a fixed IP address is an option, but usually
it costs more for internet service.
Don't use up all the money in your account, then you can keep the Free Call
Days. One time, we kept 1 cent in an account so that we could utilize all
the free call minutes for almost for 6 months.
Nonoh is the cheapest and best for us, since we use up all free minutes to
the limit, YMMV. It was definitely better when it had 300 free call minutes. | i******e
