prepaid plan.

need is only data package at reasonable rate. You can use Google Voice +
Talkatone and Skype (both are possible to get a tel number for the use of
outgoing calls) under wifi and 3G. 60MB-100MB/mo will be enough to handle if
you are staying at wifi hot spot most of your time. For example, you can use
combinations of 500MB/$25, 100MB/$15, 10MB/$5 (AT&T) and carry over remaining
after purchase of data package every 30 days. Even if you are using the
10c/min prepaid feature sometimes, and purchase 1 yr North America unlimited
Skype plan + Skype phone number, the average cost per month won't exceed $25. |
