To be eligible for this offer, account must be active on the qualified T-
Mobile Prepaid plan when the refill offer is processed. Limit one per
wireless phone number.
这是不是说要先激活， 然后才给寄 $25 refill card? 如果是这样的话， 是不是激活
必须在网页上有 'free $25 refill card" 才行呢？ |

我还希望有张卡， 可以充值到其他手机上去。
