下面是老师发给我的信，老师有一定的责任，需要找daycare要说法吗？
When we were going to bed for nap **** was messing with an old phone jack on
the wall (that had been covered). I told him I was going to move him and
when I pulled his bed, just as he had raised up to get up bumping his chin
on the floor. I cleaned and covered the place with a band-aid, but I want
you to see if you think he needs to see the Doctor. | n****f
