Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, said she wants the
U.S. to "staple" green cards to the diplomas of non-citizens who earn
master's or Ph.D. degrees in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering
or math) "from accredited institutions."

绿卡绿卡。现在无关了，也时不时看下。
这个“给STEM硕博毕业生直接绿卡”的提案是共和党以前经常
提出的。即使是提倡减少移民的共和党参议员也大力支持的。
每次都是民主党非要把合法学生跟非法移民捆绑。你要是不给
全部非法移民大赦，民主党就不许解决合法学生的移民问题。 |
