写这种信一定要尽量描述事实，而不是随便先扣帽子
正常人看到这种言论自然会得出种族歧视的结论
你不描述客观事实，却扣帽子下结论是很吃亏的做法

discriminatory language and comment in school. A classmate of hers made
repeated offensive comment regarding Chinese people.
As you might know, we are proud of our heritage and want to raise our
daughter that way. We are very concerned such comment would hurt my daughter
's feeling as well as set a bad example for the school where diversity
should be cherished.
We would really like to know how school handles such incident. Please
arrange an appointment so that we can talk about this issue face to face. It
would be very helpful if Mrs.YYY(Principal) could attend as well. (直接要求

Recently I am shocked to learn that my daughter has been subject to racially
discriminatory remarks at school by one of her classmates.
Almost on daily basis and toward directly to my daughter, the classmate
makes offensive comments such as “Chinese people are bad”, or “Chinese
people are mean”. My daughter is deeply disturbed.
It is the well-established policy for the school to maintain an education
and work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and
harassment. We are eager to learn in much detail how school handles such
incidents effectively.
We would like an appointment as soon as possible to discuss this very issue
face to face. The attendance of Mrs.YYY(Principal) is much appreciated.
