any of you have or know anything about this, it will be very appreciated if
you can share your experience and knowledge about that, what we got to do ?
?? and we have to make desicion by tomorrow morning !!!! HELP please!!! |

点，忘了具体怎么说得了。后来我同事（父亲）也去抽血，发现是从他那里继承来的。
他DNA也有那个一模一样的问题，但是他外表就是很正常一个人。他们找的专家说不用
担心，说那个地方的基因没有太大影响，可能头发颜色什么的。说他们家的孩子发育慢
，可能是late bloomer,到十岁再看看要不要打生长激素。 |

husband and I do not have that issue, so this is new to the baby.

Will this due to consumption of alcohol or other harmful chemistry before or
during the preganancy? Did the doctor say any possible negative consequence
of this translocation?

致什么影响。基因变异，可大可小，关键看是什么部位，什么基因

发帖数: 1865 | 7 貌似balanced translocation本人的遗传物质是全的，不多也不少，但是birth defect
和后代的流产率高一些，出现unbalanced translocation的几率下孩子会有缺陷或者
保不住。不管怎么样我觉得你们应该约一个遗传专家来咨询各种风险和可能。

但他/她将来生的孩子会有很大问题，因为会有一大段染色体重复或者缺失，或者流产
，或者有很大缺陷 |

我建议你们和医生认真讨论，弄明白将来这孩子会有什么缺陷，
这是个必然的缺陷还是只有几分可能性。
然后你们要商量一下，你们能否接受和handle这个缺陷。
