想约个医生谈谈检查，上次一个朋友推荐去了infertility的医生，后来了解到保险完
全不cover，光是医生一次的咨询费就达180刀，本打算近期回国，所以当时就cancal了
预约。
前几天在这里看到一个mm也做了检查包括输卵管造影，可是又翻不到她的帖子了。请教
一个这里的姐妹，有没有知情的？我该预约才能让保险cover一些呢？先谢谢了。 |

customer service #). Does the insurance plan cover any infertility treatment
? If so, does it require a referral? How much is the co-payment? Co-
insurance? Is there a cap? Per year or life-time? In your case mentioned
above, is the doctor recommended by your friend out-of-network?
Once you start seeing a doctor for infertility treatment there should be a
diagnosis testing plan which usually starts with blood works and/or s |
