The United States offers more opportunities for people in the work force to switch tracks than most other countries in the world. As immigrants and foreign students, we are used to making changes and leveraging choices, which are what brought us to
new land.
Career changes can be natural, such as through job progression, or intentional, such as through additional professional schooling. In this informative panel, we have invited three excellent speakers with three unique sets of career experiences to sh
ith the audience their "why," "what," and "how" in career changes.
Come and share this interactive panel with us. Together we will explore how each of us should, or should not, make career changes.

Speakers' Bio:
Bing AI is a patent attorney and partner at the law firm Fish & Richardson P.C. (www.fr.com) His practice emphasizes patent prosecution in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, patent strategy, management of patent portfolios and patent due diligence inves
ions in patent disputes, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions. Bing grew up in China and holds a B.S. in physics from Peking University, a Ph.D. in Physics from University of Southern California, and a J.D. from School of Law at the Univers

Milton CHANG came from Hong Kong; he received his B.S. in EE with highest honors from the University of Illinois, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in EE from Caltech. He is a member of Committee of 100, a Trustee of Caltech, a member of the Board of Visito
