(2). If 3 numbers (non-0) are different, no answer forever.
During the first round, a, b and c each observe 2 different numbers.
For a, he sees x and y with x < y. He could never figure out whether he is x +
y or y - x. Same is true for b and c.
Rounds doesn't matter because information is not affected by round.
(3). 3 identical numbers are not possible, because if 3 x's, then x + x |
