I attended Intel's information session and had a tour in one of their sites.
Last year when they came for interns, they said "NO INTERNATIONALS" in their
presentation and even put them in their powerpoint slides! This year, they are
much more polite while hiring fulltimes, but still they don't want
internationals, since it's their company policy, as they said. Now they give

business specialist. Cuz he/she is then competing against nagive
American and others who naturally possess language advantages and
hence better communication skills in addition to more social
networking.
If a business student is serious about his/her business career,
he/she should better plan going back to China. If he/she cares more
about personal/family life, US is an easier place to drift around.
