研究了一下大家推荐的好学区如wayne，paoli和media这些区，有个共同特点，房子年
龄比较老。40万以上的比较难承担，不考虑。这样在这3个地方只能选townhouse，价格
都在30-35万，年龄都是1980－90年的。虽然有些房子内部还行，但物管费很高，最便
宜的200每月。当然这里学区好，也许以后好卖，但好像等我们孩子上学还早呢，也许
哪个时候真在这里，会考虑买single family house，因为LD的梦想就是要大花园，现
在钱少就先不考虑。
看到了king of prussia 那里的townhouse，2000年以后的，价格30万，感觉很不错，
离公司上班就15分钟以内。但学区评分要差些，只有7-9。会不会以后不好卖啊。我看
中的是Glenn Rose Cir, King Of Prussia, PA 19406这一区的房子。有华人住那里吗
？怎么查某个地方有没有中国人住呢？还有听说KOP那里某个去有核电站，怎么知道呢？
目前我偏向于买KOP的这个tonwhouse。

And the ones with 3BR are about 280K.
I search Marlven, which has townhome built after 2000, at price about 30K.
Compared to KOP, which one is better?
Marlven or KOP?

as the places you are looking are almost at the same distance..
Don't forget property tax, KOP probably is the lowest around.

那是不是marlven要安全一点呢？
