3。贵： 一年的PARKING 够我在乡下买全保的了。买东西还要多交1%
的城税。
4。人素质差： 到底是老黑的天下，城里最牛的就是老黑，其次是老
白，中国人是没系了。不知道那个体育场还打算不打算建了。上次得
了个PARKING TICKET，交涉的时候， 那个黑女鬼嘴巴崛得跟屁眼儿
是的。
5。交通拥挤。
结论，
既比不上国内的大城市，像北京，上海，。。。也比不上NY， 好歹
还有一条WALL ST。整个一“废都”。
如果不是冲者UPENN，打死我也不想再踏进这个城市一步了。 | s*****n

Big cities all have a lot of black people.
But generally they are not so difficult to deal with.
NY is the same, maybe be more dirty or messy
you can live in the suburb
好歹还有 UPENN, hehe. Forget, and other universities.

at least south street (8th east) is not bad, so many bars, :)
and many black guys are nice,
some good chinese restaurants,
close to NY, DC & NJ, so many places for fun
......

people show up in those bars. Could you recommend some
interesting bar or club?

At least I saw some Asains at South Street's bar.
If you are good at dancing or want to have some crazy night out,
then may be go there is intersting,
but if only for meeting some friends, ppl ususally wont' go those
far le.
