Some friends go to CA, and their salaries are also between
60k-70k. So I think yours is not low with respect to the
comparatively lower price of PA.
They also have some stuffs like stock options. Thats also a
consideration.
Mainline is a good living area, very nice and peaceful.
Price is a little bit higher than other areas. But I am not
sure about Malvern, as it is far out in west part of
mainline. You can go there and decide by yourself.
