is in good condition. A Trade-In Device is in "good condition" if it:

beyond normal wear and tear; AND

In addition to being in 鈥済ood condition鈥 your Qualifying Trade-In
Device must satisfy the following additional requirements (as well as all
other requirements set forth in these Terms):
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Has Reactivation Lock, Google Factory Reset Protection, or
any other anti-theft locking software disabled; AND
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 You must have performed a factory reset and removed all
personal information from device (as described in Section 3 above).

就是,美国人会找找 Consumer Protection, BBB 等等有的你麻烦了。
搞不好还要告你。
实际上 三星就老老实实的跌200 卖吧,现在手机超过 500 是没多少人买的。
上一代的手机基本是半价,已足够用了。
