dlna，miracast，airplay，widi理论上都支持。但是笔记本虽然可以找到小米盒子，
但是无法识别，始终无法连接上。dlna和miracast都可以。airplay没有试过 |

2. the customer, say B, download piracy and upload it to others, although B
is not the one who produce this piracy (what 小米 does)
I don't know if the movie companies can sue customer A.
However, it is pretty certain that the movie companies can sue customer B.
In 小米's statement:
1. it simply put the responsibility to iCNTV
2. it says it will continue work with iCNTV
In other words:
One farmer knows the milk has poison, but blames the poison producer, and
continues distributing this milk to the customer.

The key point is NOT how 小米's customers are affected, but whether 小米 is

with regard to 小米盒子, I am only focusing on its 盗版 issue. Also,

优酷土豆诉小米盒子侵权

京华时报讯(记者顾梦琳)小米盒子最近官司缠身。继被迅雷和湖南卫视起诉侵权之
后，昨天，优酷土豆(29.55, 0.92, 3.21%)表示，已向海淀法院起诉小米盒子涉嫌对10
部剧目侵权点播，优酷土豆要求小米盒子立即停止侵权行为、公开赔礼道歉，并赔偿
510万元。
优酷土豆方面表示，涉案作品包括《北京青年》、《爱情公寓3》、《楚汉传奇》
等2012年以来的热播剧，优酷土豆已购买这些剧的相关权利，是相关信息网络传播权权
利人。小米科技有限责任公司擅自在其经营的小米盒子上向公众放映上述作品，侵犯了
优酷土豆的权利，严重违反了中国保护知识产权的制度，损害了优酷土豆的利益。目前
海淀法院已经受理此案。
优酷土豆表示，除已起诉的10部剧目外，优酷土豆集团还对小米盒子侵权的其他多
达173部的独家片源进行了取证，将逐步进行起诉。
这不是小米盒子第一次被诉侵权。今年8月，迅雷将小米科技公司告上法庭，称后
者生产的小米盒子设置影视点播功能，盗播其电影《武侠》、《泰囧》，并要求赔偿经
济损失10万元。9月，湖南快乐阳光互动娱乐传媒有限公司也向海淀法院起诉称，小米
盒子盗播湖南卫视王牌节目《天天向上》，请求法院判令被告立即停止侵权行为，并赔
偿经济损失10万元。
■回应
小米：内容来自第三方
昨天，小米科技第一时间发声明对起诉做出回应，称小米盒子接入的是iCNTV未来
电视运营的中国互联网电视集成播控平台，已经根据广电总局181号文件的要求，与具
有牌照的互联网电视播控平台进行合作，保障内容合法合规。小米方面指出，目前，包
括节目采集与播控系统等全部由iCNTV未来电视进行管理，并只能通过播控平台接入视
频内容。截至记者发稿，未来电视仍未对此事做出回应。
■分析
版权问题成智能盒子发展障碍
根据国家广电总局的“181号文”，终端产品包括OTT机顶盒及一体机(即互联网电
视)，只能连接广电总局批准设立的集成平台，不能与其他互联网企业数据库连接；而
内容服务商只能接入集成平台，不能与公开网络连接。艾媒咨询CEO张毅告诉记者，由
于盒子由运营商和广电系统分别负责网络提供和内容管控，对智能盒子这类新型播放平
台来说，内容版权问题也将成为其以后发展面临的障碍。“现在的盒子与内容方，某种
程度上类似以前百度(154.9, 1.74, 1.14%)音乐和音乐版权方，播放平台是否有责任还
需监管部门进一步规范。” |
