多重。

1. For save delivery, we recommend the use of a padded envelope with taped
reinforced. Pack the phone well. Reducing the amount of movement inside the
package ensures the device arrives in the condition you described.
2. Include batteries and chargers. Batteries should be kept in the device or
the conductors should be taped over.
3. Wrap any accessories, such as power adaptors, cables etc., separately to
prevent wear during transit.
4. If available, please include any manuals provided with your device.
5. Place the voucher (print voucher) printed with your prepaid shipping
label inside the box along with your receipt for your new HTC Phone as proof
of purchase to ensure proper verification identification upon receipt.
Proof of purchase is a copy of the invoice/receipt or a copy of the UPC Code
from the side of the box from your new phone from HTC Trade Up Program.
6. Attach the pre-paid shipping label (print shipping label) to your package.
7. Mail your package to us by dropping it into the nearest Post Office box.

选择你要trade-in 的手机的厂家，
然后会有一个list的手机型号，
如果没有找到你的手机型号，
就不在list 里面
