hard reset by holding power button 20 seconds but still stuck at the "kindle
fire" logo phase.
I have owned this device for more than 1 year. Mainly use it for Prime video
watching and web surfing.
Called Amazon and they replaced a new one free, plus one $10 discount
code for me to purchase a new touch screen protection film.
