through, but the next day I received a cancellation email from att saying "
we were either unable to verify the information you provided or you have
exceeded the number of lines of service that we allow customers to purchase
online. As a result, your order has been canceled."
So I went to a local att store for help. The clerk said that the problem
might be related to yellow color. He tried to place an order from the store
but the yellow phone was NOT an option. So he used att.com (where yellow was
still shown as available). Again, the order went through, but I got the
same cancellation email later.
I know the yellow color is extremely popular and my friend had to wait for 3
weeks to receive his delivery. Does it mean that the yellow phone is no
longer available for ordering now? has anyone succeeded in ordering a yellow
phone recently? and if so where and how? Many thanks for any insight you

in the past.
The clerk at ATT said that the cancellation message I got was not indicative
of anything. The real problem was related to the yellow phone not being in
stock anywhere.
That's why I wanted to check if anyone has succeeded in ordering a yellow
phone in the past few days. |
