get troubled.
Sometime earlier I found out that I can NOT upload files to my skydrive. I
wrote to Help Staff. Just copied the answers in the following FYR.
For now, even I have 25G storage available. I cannot upload any files still.

We're done with accessing your account. We've sent password reset link to
your alternate email address. Was your account blocked due to Terms Of Use
violation. Once an account was blocked because of Terms Of Use, you can no
longer upload files to SkyDrive, however you can still create files using
office web apps.

Could you tell me what exact the violation I had made was? I don't remember
I have made such violations.
Even though, I think I should still have the right to upload files to
SkyDrive once the issue was solved only if my account has NOT been canceled.
Ok, that is YOUR rule. Is there any possibility to restore my privilege to
upload files to SkyDrive? I really hate to switch all my stuff to another
accounts.

Unfortunately, we're not allowed to disclose the reasons. Once your account
has been blocked, you can no longer upload files to SkyDrive. What we can
suggest is for you to create a new account. |
