打开Mobile Wifi Hotspot就可以了吗？
会被收费么？ 怎么才不被收费？

The first time you use that you will be prompted to sign up for the plan $20
for 5G. Then afterwards just turn it on and have wifi.
For free WiFi tethering

If this is too hard for you, you can just use this app. No root needed. But
you have to use USB cable to connect your phone to your Mac.
