OnSale has worked closely with Hewlett Packard to acquire additional units
of the HP TouchPad which sold out when HP recently announced its major price
reduction on these items.
We will be receiving limited quantities of these products shortly.
If you ordered an HP TouchPad through OnSale and your order was cancelled,
we are making these units available online under the following revocable
offer, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. This is a new offer specifically for customers who placed an initial
order on Sunday, August 21, 2011, and whose orders were subsequently
cancelled. This new offer is not available to any customer who received any
shipment from August 21, 2011 order of the HP TouchPad.
2. This is a limited time offer and expires at 11:59 PM PDT on Monday,
September 26, 2011.
3. In this new offer, we are limiting quantity to one unit per customer,
per address or household, so that we can help as many customers as possible.
Even if you originally ordered multiple quantities or placed multiple
orders, you will only be entitled to order one unit. Resellers are not
eligible for this new offer. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any
order at our sole discretion.
4. This offer is subject to limited availability and any orders that
