然后俺就try online chat. 先是regular customer service, 然后被转到employee
account chat specialist。被告知同样理由不行，我就说我2年前就拿到了，今年你们
咋改了。然后她去找supervisor, 过了会回来说给$50. 寥胜于无，俺就从了。
前后花费了5分钟。（1分钟邮件，4分钟online chat)还是值得。 | b*******g

3D. 不过, 我也是被多次打枪后,才要到的. 继续试一试. | b*******g
