win 7 没用过，xp 倒是不用装啥。

I am following instruction here http://androidandme.com/2009/08/news/how-to-root-a-t-mobile-g1-and-mytouch-3g-android-phone/ trying to root my olf g1 and put cyan 6.1 on it.

发帖数: 10904 | 6 root G1 在本版找 thedore 的帖子，或者就用 G1 search 也行。那个贴直接放的是 mytouch 3G cm6 rom, 很稳定，我一直在用。
1.6 的 format sd可以在 settings 里面，或者 boot 到 recovery，不过不清楚你为
啥专门问 format sd.

mytouch 3G cm6 rom, 很稳定，我一直在用。
i did
1.1 Format your phone's SD card to FAT32 mode
i formatted the card on the phone
1.2 Download and unzip the RC29 image file. Copy the DREAIMG.nbh file
to the SD card root.

i connected g1 to my win 7 machine, driver was installed correctly (32bit
win 7, 64bit doesnt work), a new drive F showed up in my "Computers" as "
removable disk F". i clicked on the drive F, but then it told me that "
please insert a disk into F".
what the hell??????????

发帖数: 10904 | 8 不太记得 1.6 接上 usb 是不是是直接 browse 了，还是要到 settings 里面 enable
一下了。
要不试试 xp/vista 机器？我在 vista 上面搞过，win2k 上也搞过，
