1) bad server location based on backhaul network
2) single connection cannot exploit the link bandwidth (subject to RTT due
to 1), and Android window size setting)
In one word, PCmag's tests are not professional.

发帖数: 375 | 4 If you have subscribed the hotspot, you can use USB tethering or hotspot,
and use Filezilla to download 10 big files simultaneously (in the setting,
allow 10 connections), you can then find your extreme link speed.

Tested on both 3G (Verizon) and WIFI (ATT for small business). Very
interesting:
1. Download: 3G is actually faster than WIFI (other people are heavily
downloading????)
2. 3G is easily 2000kb+! This is beyond my expectation.
