4) Poor mechanical design. Slide the keyboard out and flip the phone. You

5) Poor mechanical design. The top row keys are hard to reach if a hard
case is there.
6) Applications crash.
7) Phone had frozen twice in less than 2 weeks.

iPhone has not frozen for months. My HTC TP2 has not been that dead (have to remove battery) for much much longer duration.
Regardless of poor WM OS, HTC's engineering is respectable.

of weeks (as long as I don't run Opera Mobile 10.
This is a WM "killer" app.)

tool. International calls, conferencing. Hard to give it up in a day.
Just imagine how difficult it is for you to tell everybody that you are
changing the cell number.
Verizon is one-eye-open-one-eye-shut on tethering. By googling verizon
tethering, you will see what I mean. They love you to use more bandwidth
and then, you will be changed more.
I use GPS/Email primarily. Still, I keep downloading a couple of fun
