发帖数: 2173 | 3 No. You can browse Internet anywhere WIFI covered without using dataplan.
However, T-mobile signal sucks. Verizon is the best in most places, YMMV.
And BB also sucks if you dont use dataplan.
Most softwares on BB are dataplan-based, not WIFI-based.
