标 题: AA里程订票被pending了，多久能知道正式结果？

定的12月4日回上海，出发城市是美国2线城市。
所以有一段美国国内+一段中美国际航班。
选座位时发现美国国内的航班上没有available的座位了，提示说可以到机场找地面服
务人员解决。
于是就出票了。
被告知：Ticket Pending。
Note: This is not your receipt. You will be receiving your itinerary
confirmation along with your receipt soon. You may print your itinerary &
receipt directly from aa.com once the status is updated from "Ticket Pending
" to "Ticketed".
请问正常么？会不会因为美国国内段没座位导致机票取消？
再过2-3天就要进入起飞前21天了，那是在订票就会多交75美刀。
一般from "Ticket Pending" to "Ticketed"要多久？
另外AA说可以免费带2件手提行李，2件托运行李。是真的么？
