This is my suggestion: always print out some hard copies of the rules and get
the phone number of whoever tells you the rules. Do not ever just rely on
others' words.
Just before I got on the plane from Dallas to Mexcico City, I called the
Dallas Airport Immigration Office. I dialed the same number twice(and twice a
few days ago). Guess what? Two people gave me two absolutely opposite answers!
I also asked a custom police officer at the gate. He seemed to have no idea
about the new unstamped SEV
