I just got a letter from Dept of Insurance and Securities Regulation,
Washington DC government telling me that NCS was filed for bankruptcy
protection from April 11,2000.
They are now still posting advertisement and collecting premiums, which is
illegal.
Do not be attracted by their advertisement and tell your friends not to buy.
PS. NCS stands for National Chinese Service Corporation
