My door frame pull up not working that well lately becaues I stopped for a w
hile (afraid of the frame will be pull off by me). Before I stoop, I think I
can only do like 6 each time (versus now only 3). I should buy a fingerboar
d, perhaps. Now I am using a pull up bar - try to do it every day. And two s
ets of push up before sleep.

我的门框有两面,候的还行,

i am really weak, actually.. don't listen to me...
i figure i need a better training method. maybe i should read the YanXi
website more.
